
York College, founded in 1890, is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the churches of Christ. Today, York enrolls more than 400 students each year. Now in its second century, we continue to grow in service to students, to the York community, and to churches of Christ. Students come from more than 30 states and six countries, while 7,500 alumni reside in every state and several countries.

York College’s Teacher Education program received national accreditation from the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). York is also a member of the Nebraska Independent College Foundation (NICF).
